Coronavirus (COVID-19) update from Assemble

News

We continue to closely monitor and process the unfolding news around Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its unprecedented impact across the globe. While the landscape appears uncertain, we remain focused on delivering the highest level of service and support to our customers along with the health and wellbeing of our teams.

Assemble has taken measures to protect our teams and adapt operations in such a way that our services continue normally. On 27 Feb 2020 Assemble enacted our Business Continuity Plan which included a whole business remote working policy for all staff.

As a cloud first, SaaS (Software as a Service) business we were able to respond and adapt quickly, with minimal disruption to our teams. Like you, we are navigating our way through this very surreal period. If you wish to speak to us or have any concerns please do – we are here to help. We appreciate this could be a very busy time for organisations that manage volunteers, so if you have additional questions through this period, please let us know.

Finally, we would strongly encourage you to do your part in slowing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) with measures including regular hand washing, social distancing, remote working and whole-household isolation if anyone in your household shows symptoms.
